Here’s the Deal

If you receive an email from PartsTrader that says that you will receive a $25 Amazon Gift Card for completing the survey, simply complete the survey and we will email you the gift card after the survey closes.

  1. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR. The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by PartsTrader, LLC, 230 W. Monroe Street, Suite 2450, Chicago, IL 60606.
  2. ELIGIBILITY. The Giveaway is open to all current repair company customers of PartsTrader that are invited to participate on the PartsTrader User Panel and agree to participate via the online “Sign-Up Now” link. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD. The giveaway period is from May 28, 2025 – June 27, 2025
  4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE. Invited repair company customers who agreed to participate on the PartsTrader User Panel via the online “Sign-up Now” survey are eligible. To enter the Giveaway, simply wait for an email from PartsTrader that is asking for feedback and states there is a $25 gift card for completing the survey. Open the email and complete the survey.
  5. EXCLUSIONS. Surveys completed by someone other than the original recipient or the survey email from PartsTrader are not eligible. If the survey email is forwarded or otherwise completed by someone other than the addressee, the giveaway is not applicable. Incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate submissions be rejected at the discretion of PartsTrader.
  6. REWARD. Qualified participants will receive one (1) $25 Amazon Gift Card.
  7. REWARD LIMIT. Limit of one (1) gift card per participant per qualified survey.
  8. REWARD DISTRIBUTION. The Amazon gift card will be sent electronically to the email address of the invited repair company customer who agreed to participate on the PartsTrader User Panel and completed the survey within 21 days after the end of the Give Away (survey) period. For questions on your gift card, please contact surveys@partstrader.com.
  9. SUBSTITUTION OF PRIZE. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a giveaway of equal or greater value if the advertised giveaway is unavailable for any reason. The giveaway is not redeemable for cash. Any portion of the Prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited.
  1. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Giveaway, you consent to Sponsor’s use of your name or the name of the repair shop where you work for advertising or promotional purposes in any media whatsoever without any notice or payment to you.
  2. RELEASE. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to release, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, and employees, from and against any claims arising out of, in whole or part, directly or indirectly, participation or attempting to participate in the Giveaway or from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
  3. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes your unconditional agreement to these Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
  4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. All disputes regarding the Giveaway that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before the appropriate state or federal court located in Chicago, Illinois. Illinois law will govern any dispute regarding the Giveaway. In any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, indirect, lost profits, consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, and you further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
  5. PRIVACY POLICY. All information obtained through the Giveaway will be governed by our privacy policy, which is located at https://www.partstrader.com/privacy-policy/.
