At PartsTrader, we’re always working to identify frustration points for our customers. Repairers have been seeing duplicate parts in PartsTrader after making changes to their estimates.
PartsTrader has added logic to identify and automatically flag duplicate parts. These parts will be excluded from being sent for Quote unless the Repairer explicitly states they wish to do so, so that the parts are not accidentally re-ordered.
