Update – Adjusted Quoting Hours
As the collision repair industry adapts to the business impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, PartsTrader is adjusting quoting hours to match operational business hours. New application hours on the PartsTrader platform will be from 8am – 6pm to 8am – 5pm. Repairers can still send quote requests at any time, including outside of business hours and Suppliers can still quote outside of business hours. However, the quote request time only elapses during the adjusted PartsTrader quoting hours.
